Upon purchase I will send you the link to the video where I will guide you step by step through using these products in a one hour session infused with gentle breathwork, meditation and reiki healing.

The intention of this offering is to take some time for Self Care, Self Love and Self Healing. To calm the mind, bring balance to your energy and leave your skin glowing and radiant.

You will need a bowl of water, a facecloth, a hand towel and a relaxing comfortable space where you can transition to lying down during the meditation and reiki healing.
